Hello all. I have a Nokia 7610, and today I just found out that none of the applications that try to use GPRS will work!

I am using Vodafone Live! Australia, I can browse webpages, download ringtones, images, symbian apps, complete mp3s and so on.

However, when i try to log on to MSN using Agile Messenger, it will refuse to connect. The same goes for Profimail and online games such as Cannons Tournament- They will just refuse to connect to whatever server they're trying to connect to.

Ringing Nokia Customer Care was too helpful, I told them about my problem, and some guy with a heavy Indian accent told me they have no idea.

Does anyone else have this problem with the Nokia 7610 or Other Series 60 phones using Vodafone?

I am trying to find out if its Vodafone's fault or the Nokia 7610.

PS: I rang Vodafone regarding this issue, they said they had no idea, and the guy said he'll transfer my call to someone else- and HUNG UP on me! **** service is what I can say!

I will appreciate any help!
:) Thanks

Uh... Dont think its a virus, cause this was after a complete reformat of my 7610. Opera works great (i am using it right now to post this)

however, the following applications will not connect to gprs: Avec radio, Virgin Radio, Profimail, Agile Messenger, Web Viewer and all other apps that use gprs
