alcatel bg31g dead after flashing

i used bg3/4 tool by Henrich SGU 4.3 to reflash a working bg31g.
after i'v read the eeprom, tech, and full flash i wrote another flash file, wrote back the tech and unlocked the phone.now phone is dead
is comunicating with PC, wrote back the original flash but all in vane, becouse the phone doesen't whant 2 power up..
any ideea ? I'm out of it

now i come with another problem...hope someone can helpme again :)
i have a alcatel bg3 with:
fw version: 104
fw subver: kp14b100
com.refer.: bg31lcxro

the phone is connecting to the pc, but it does not power up...
is there anybody that can help me?
