You need Flash Phone with Full Flash v5.21 and GeoFlash
Try rehot eeprom and CCONT if are not glued

when you instal ufs_dtcx you need to erese the folder flash from phoenix....
when you install it creates a new fresh .fia files...

remove that ic then make jumper from ic leg

1. is a 47K(47000 Ohms) resistor under pins (flashing connector pins ) you can see it with out opening the phone sometimes it is broken.change it.

how to :
1.)open the phone Connect the charger socket to board,check voltage on fuse both side must have charger voltage then self both side ,and one side of Zener diod.
2.)if OK and the resistor near data cable is ok,and there is no voltage on both side of R 0.22 (big resistor that is ame as 3310) then UEM is faulty

2. put directly alimentation to battery with diode but that maybe dangerous ,i did not test at all.

First of all try to make full erase,
- Griffin user: "NEM4_ERASE32mb.BIN", flash PPM Only!
- UFSx (x=2 or 3) user: erase 3 times with address:
(1) 00000000-007FFFFF
(2) 02000000-027FFFFF
(3) 04000000-047FFFFF
- Reformat MMC
- Griffin/UFSx: Fullflash MCU + PPM + PM + Unlock + Format User Are 3 times or more (Do not Set to factory default after flash!)
- Power on phone and still "Device Start-up failed, Contact the retailer"
- Open the phone and change M28W160BT ADSP flash IC (D551) you allow to take it from working Nokia 3310 "M28W160BT" flash IC, it is same IC and make sure the code is same (look at attachment picture for detail)
- after the IC changed, prepare Phoenix Black Box
- Plug in normal flash cable for N-Gage (Phone to PBB Dongle to LPT Port)
- Plug in Original N-Gage (DKE-2) USB cable (Phone to USB Port)
- Run Pbb Service Software
- Ready to flash, Flash ADSP only! (example: "E403A400H450.USB" for V403, (Do not choice MCU and PPM!).
- Computer will detect USB cable and asking for driver, look at "C:\Program Files\Nokia\Phoenix\FlashUsb" for ADSP USB flash cable driver.
- Make sure ADSP flashed Successfull, if not you need to change M28W160BT ADSP flash IC again.

Look at logs:
USB: Correct NOKIA device found
USB: Get Flash ID o.k.
USB: Flash algorithm code o.k.
USB: Flash not empty
USB: Erase flash (timeout = 60s) ...
USB: Elapsed time: 10s

UEM errors Generally we see 1100-2300-8310 etc..

İf u phone 15 between 30 second PHONE AUTO SHUT DOWN u have bad uem, it Fault change it and write rpl..

İf u see İMEİ ???????????????????or???????????????? 4 and phone 1 mın normal working (not auto shut down) so first try Griffin and read ask if Griffin İMEİ true (look back case) read it so u can make ask to RPL and u can write rpl (for original İMEİ).. But u want if try any rpl but it do imei change.. ( I write 1100 İMEİ ?????????????????????? any rpl without ask to rpl or without change Uem with griffin)

You phone 1 mın normally working but griffin read 00000000000 ask you no make ask to rpl becuse you UEM FAULT change it (but try write any rpl may be you in lucky day) but see ASİC 4-5 etc..)

SO always you phone imei bad (000000 or??????????????????? ) first try u any rpl... or u want make original İMEİ ASK to rpl buy from griffin Team..... But first check it READ with griffin.. İT if read true İMEİ very good.. You can make ask to rpl..

2. NOW U HAVE 3650-7650-6600 etc. (included camera phones) dead and u try flash but it no enter flash mode, so you remove camera and again try now again it not enter flash mode so u remove camera chip and again try flash upload...

i compare voltage of power switch with an other nokia 3220 and i found same voltage, so the real voltage is 2.7v. i desolder the power switch and i connect two wires, ande made a shortcut for few seconds but phone won't power on.

Please tell why with ufs i can flash phone and reboot it on normal mode, and with battery ( good battery) the phone don't power on ?

hold ( *+3+green button ) and power on phone displays 'formating' then release three buttons
