NEC E616v cant unlock it says Rx error

i have an E616v that gives me RX error when i try to unlock. i've tried it on 3 different pc's and still the same.
on the phone the light turns red and gives me an error message on the A: section

the cable im sure is working as i have successfully unlocked atleast 8 different types of 3G nec.

can some1 please help

Set COM on OBEX port and speed to 256000.

reo: OK - if you got new Crazzy update run software for E338 and then unlock, your phone will be unlcoked by COM cable in 5 secondws withtou any problems but IMEi will change

solution.simple reinstall the driver and restart the system
i did it it works perfectly for.

the problem is solved by Mobileland's suggestion.

after selecting E616 instead of E616v the software read and worked.

i solved this problem with nec uni-server by credits

for all with this download new version of Crazzy if you got dongle and use FULL Repair first, after you can use Direct Unlock or dial lock remove

unlock must done without battery ,check ground of cable.

Have crazy dongle but phone reads to 9 % or so and stop after calculating what do i do pls any body pls Nec v616
