Any cheap eeprom programmer? SeeProg of ELNEC?

Somebody has tested the SeeProg of ELNEC?

I need a good and cheap programmer for the eeproms of cellular phones:
-I2C, SPI and Microwire.
-Of course, that works well with the low voltage eeproms.
Ponyprog doesn't work for me at all.

Any advice will be welcome.

i use seeprog too. Good programmer.
