Which phone's brand name and model do you need?
what do you intend to do with SIS system?

Hello it's Nokia's phones Nokia 250,350,440,
450,540,550,640,650.
and Benefon's phones Delta , Sigma,Spica.
Total I need to put SIS number in phone from
keybord , but I think it's imposible http://www.thoic.com/gsm/ubb/frown.gif
Maybe clone it?
Can u help with it plss...

I agree with you can't program sis via keypad
but for clone....may be posible
Most of Nokia NMT phone,SIS store in 68HC11
in 64 pins qfp if we can read ( most of them are protected ) data content inside we can reprogram to other blank chip.
be careful to read data inside because if chip is protected all data in eeprom loacation ( 00B600)... will be erased.!!!!
For Benafon, it's similar phone number ID and password is stored in 68HC11 too.
