Hi guys i have a *** which starts on when i press the power on button, but imediately-in about 1 sec- turns off...
What to do?I think is a sw problem but how do you think it can be solved?

my alcatel *** this same problem .... neu alcatel !!! not unlocking 1 s ON and OFF

This is power source problem, you both need to change TWL2217C
BTW: I look for this too, anybody have it?

Are you sure?I wouldn't be, because an alcatel with power IC burst does NOT connect to PC but mine does.I continue to believe that the sw is the problem.

I am more than sure because i have 37 ***/ 565 withsame firmware, 8 are with this problem and i tryed to flash them and the result is the same. And i also have a bh4 with same problem. And problem is because of improper charging.
PS: firmware change to this models is not recomandet

Hi all
I've seen many like this ***, all from Vodafone SFR, when I turn on, it's red the goes off (after 1,5 seconde :) )!!! So I take one of these and I backuped the flash then I full flash it with another flash from another ***! result phone power on and shows "Insert SIM" (that's normal, in Alcatel without its original tech zone) So problem is Software!!! The solution is to clone the phone, but no software (I think) can do this!!!
And I receive one *** which I unlock it + I buckuped its flash, with that problem after 20 days, I reflash it with the full flash (backuped when phone comes to me OKay) and it works good!!! So it's 100% software problem!!!
Now before I unlock these ***, first I read full backup (I think it's 12mega) then to unlock it!!! it takes more time but maybe it will save this *** :)
I hope that Vygis will find solution soon to clone/repair these half-dead-***.

Absolutely same problem when upgrade firmware 102_283 -> 102_285 /BH4/ !!!
Will anyone be able to make a clone flash from 102_285 ?

I agree Definitley SW problem , the^problem is TECH ZONE- the good Tech zone it's 24kb--- but the other with problem it's only 16kb--
I flash the phone , it's ok but no t read sim card , i try to find good tech zone with 24kb ; i will try to find solution .
If u have tech zone 24kb please send to me I will post the result

each phone must have its original tech zone, you can't take another one from another phone!!!!

U resolved this problem if U write original lang (Vodafone). I use Vygis box.

NO SOLUTION yet for this probleme of *** just with original backup, then you have to read all backup befor unlouck...take a smole time to solve et nice alcatel ;) ......be sur 50% afetr some days will comback to u

I have the same problem, but i'm not perfect with the English language. So I wanted to ask you all...........please, could you write it in simple words please???? My alcatel ot 565 also shuts down after 1,5 sec.

Which is the best alcatel software that covers all alcatel phones; the new phones like ***/4 in particular ?

Clone is possible, but I think that market solution is not released yet.
