Anybody knows a good programmer for 9346?

Hello,
I have problems to write EEPROM 93C46 correctly with PonyProg (I guess some timings are wrong since reading is OK). Can anybody tell a place to get another programmer for it?

Correctly to read and to write 93Ñ46 with PONY it is important to connect an external power to PONY. Probably EEPROM has not time enter a mode at a power from the computer. I too had such problem.
