I have a gx30 and i want to unlock´it i have the (com cable) for this phone but i can´t put´it in test mode theres someone can help me how to do´it ??

What program you use to unlock it ?
With SPST you can use both USB or COM cable.
Other softs uses serial (COM) cable.
Try my GX30_free soft. Just search old posts....

U need usb cable and its DRIVERS also. Check under ports in Device Manager AND then select that particular port number in the software u intend to unlock with it.

has it got the memory card in it
without memory card it wouldn't go in test mode

i use your program baboom and i have a memory card whit 32mb formated and a com cable gx30 and i can´t put the phone in test mode there´s anything else i can do ???
use USB cable and free soft in win98 or me
i can`t make a connection in XP
u will see **** in screen press 1 >> 99 >> 3>> 1 >> 3 times right key

@ manny.. do you have 9 volt powered seriel port cable? Maybe thats your problem.

Try to clean up the cable socket contacts AND phone contacts. Battery should be charged. Keep ON your phone AND then execute the commands from the software you are using.

Yes in most cases is cable problem.
Try to clean contacts and also try with sim inside.
