25xxx eeprom write failed..help!!

hello guys!

pls help me with my prob. im using pony in reading 25xxx eeprom but when i write it always fail. any ideas? maybe the voltage(5v) is not correct for this kind of chip.. your suggestions are highly appreciated..if i modify my pony prog what part will i change?

This eeprom has a CodeProtect flag..
and Ponyprog can't remove it....
try using some other programmer

You can also add a 3.1V Zenner diode so you don't have 5V. I soloved my problem using diode.
