Hey guys,
wondering if any one can help me. Upgraded my clip bout two weeks ago, re-configure all the ethernet cables and didnt do the USB GX30 one as i thought this didnt require it. However now i cant get the GX15 or GX25 to work, have i bust my cable or do i actually need to configure these leads?

Gx15 and gx25 working via usb..no need to configure cable..
use gx30 usb cable, not Gx30 serial cable..

That is what i have been trying to use, however it seems to have been lost?! So does this mean that i have probably broken the clip?!

... i not have idea what you done , but if you rewrite it should be ok.... call me and we check it togheter...

hi same problem here only realised the other day when i went unlock a gx15
is problem now resoved for you ?? if so how?

hello thank you once again clip working fine now have just unlocked 2 gx15s!!
sorry for troubling you with this problem (which was my fault for updating wrongly) and thank you for your help for which
is still an excellent product
