Hi,
I found this soft in this forum, but i dont know how to unlock with it! Can you help me? Ive got the standard USB Cable, that is included in the box.
Program says

and nothing happens.... HEEELP!!! :confused:
At first time you view the firmware version, and next point is buy the cable and unlock with software who support your firmware...that`s all based on your firmware version

yes i remember some one called "shadi" in this forum was unlock U8138 but i didn't know how !!! you maybe send to him privet msg to know how broo

How do you do it with other models? Do you have to flash the phone before or switch to "boot loader" mode or what? If yes, how to do it?

You need serial cable. You can't unlock with usb one.
You can find the cable at www.ebay.it or ebay generic
