What do you mean "read info" ? Please, describe more exactly what function you need.
"Reset UI": use "Reset Defaults" button

Really, I don't remember for sure about "operator logo", but if I remember right, you can reset logos etc. with original Panasonic free software: CB2000.
As about GD87: can't promise anything right now, but we are thinking about this model.
As about X11: Really, we never have seen this phone.
If you have it on hands, pls, check SW version (power on phone with SIM card and press *#9999# during first 5 seconds after phone start to searc network). Then we will think, is it possible to add X11 or not.

You need to explain better the functions of the box that comes with the package, especially to the newbies.
Explain better about the:
1. Two RJ45 connectors in front of the box: what are they for? and when to use them?
2. The switches in front and the back of the box
3. LED indications and their functions
A functional picture will make this easier.
