i finally registered my setool version but now when i try to use it after connecting the phone and push the unlock/repair button the software says "POWERING" and nothing happens!!!


wuts the problem????anyone experienced it?????

Chill man we're here to help.....I presume you have the correct modified cable? Make sure that the lg3g tab is clicked or vice/versa, did that once myself in the begginning.

The best place to post this problem is with your distributor or www.setool.net

if you have make a correct cable --do like this : now restart your compiuter ,after compiuter restarted you conect your lg to cable ,lg will start to charge .open setool click on conect ufs (lg will not charging now )click disconect ufs -and conect again
now you have a conected lg
remember always conect-disconect-conect

i want to also add that after saying "powering" and not doing anything setool displays something like:phone not recognized.anyway i am absolutely sure that the lg cable is correct, the problem might be in the part of the cable that goes from the nbox to the com port,u know wut i mean?can that be the problem?

@unlockshop i am trying to post in the setool forum since 3 days but i cant never make a thread!it says "technical problems bla bla bla..",this is wut exactly says i just tried again:

dismantle connector of sonyericsson cable and compare with this attached picture !!!

it helped me alot !!!
