N22i problem

hi friends

i am having problems to unlock 1 mobile NEC N22i

have got the softwares

have got the pinouts

i have connected the phone but when software ask to power ON i just press POWER BUTTON and nothing happens in software but the mobiles boots up...


please check pinout below

keypad up

1- - - - -18

10 - TX
11 - RX
5 - GRN

is it correct friends

softwares tried are Winnec and Imeis

MAX 232 interface used


But still not working for me. Can't detect phone when i press POWER BUTTON

Please help me friends
