Hi everyone! This is my first post and this forum seems to be more technical and up to date. I guess eveyone has been trying to get their Japan version of their 902 unlocked, right? I have seen 802's and 902's from Japan unlocked here in Hawaii when I see visitor's from Japan. I work at a cellular phone shop and speak Japanese so some of the people that visited the store, we are in contact. They say that you have to be very persistent with Vodafone to get the final unlock code. When I call Vodafone Japan it's always the same, "we can't give out the code" or "there is none" I'm tired of going around in circle... I live in Hawaii and visit Japan once a year. I have two Vodafone (V902SH and V801SH) in service with Vodafone japan and one unlocked 902 from the UK. There seems to be alot of problem with the 902 from the UK which I am experiencing now...
