need help... about SUPER SIM

i bought a super sim reader/writer from nowgsm.com with free Flash Storage Blank Sim Card, i have a problem using this device bcoz when i read the SIM Card (SMART Network here in our contry phil.) the screen show Ex. 1. the Value is = ?? from 1->8 are same, i use the free cd the software named SIM SCAN v7.00 and SIM SCAN v7.00a by Dejan :-) my idol! :D

Hello bro,
I also have supersim. SMART cannot be read (for now) because it is a COMP v2 sim. GLOBE and TM are the only ones you can copy. OLDER smart (BUDDY 1) can be copied.
