nec 338 unlocking via crazzy

Hi,
could you please advice me?
i have the crazzy software for nec 338 + sharp gx30 cable i attach the 10k resistor to it .
but i cant unlock my phone. I have message failed!! :confused:
1:do i need to connect the 9V battery to cable as well?
2: do i need to install drivers?
3: phone should be on during the unlocking?

Hello,
Use Winxp And Log In As Admintrator. Then Install The 338 Software. No Need The For Drivers. Connect 9volts Battery To Cable And Power On Phone. Then Press Enter Test Mode And After That Just Press Unlock. Keep In Mind That Phone's Imei Will Be Changed To 0044. Have A Nice Day.

Its work
I have universal box with cable sharp Gx 30 com 1
with battery
enter test mode
push unlock
Voila the nec is unlocked
