Hi again,
Tried to patch the bootloader on SL65 by x65 JAVA patch, but it seems that not work. Says "java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBound***ception"
Iīm forgetting something, or is not for all x65? Or Iīm using wrong patch?

You need to downgrade the phone version.
If You can downgrade firmware version, then You don't need patch bootcore - You don't need patch bootcore at all!
Use BootPassword method.
I see sl65 v41 and i cann't download the version, how can i unlock?

Use BootPassword method.
You can downgrade without touch in the bootcore, but to use with 3rd party tools u need to "touch" on bootloader otherwise no sw will recognize the boot of your phone. And this means, no unlock / read&write full flashes or partials. ;)
This is why u need to patch the bootcore.
Of course that to downgrade you can only use Winswup updates no need to patch anything. But to read full flash for example, need to have bootcore patched to some 3rd party sw can recognize the phone and actually read a full flash (around 33MB).

You must downgrade version, I advice lower then or v16 at least.
But the mobile denied the action to download i used winswup 25 and the mobile denied me always

This (CX65160400.xbz_update.exe) is for CX65... not for SL65.
Try one of those links above
The lowest possible firmware version is stored in bootcore (offset 0x0230).
You can't apply to mobile ANY winwup with lower version of firmware, that stored in bootcore.
But, now, using PapuaUtils v0.2.4, testpoint method and cable with autoignition, You can unlock almost ALL x65 phones with ANY firmware version (if You have testpoint picture for Your phone model).
Read russian forums!!! ;)

But, now, using PapuaUtils v0.2.4, testpoint method and cable with autoignition, You can unlock almost ALL x65 phones with ANY firmware version (if You have testpoint picture for Your phone model).

You are wrong. And I can actually bet with u, if u want.
Iīm sure that downgrade with Winswup is possible, because I done it.
Here Iīll give u a tip.
The problem is not on fw version, but on winswup version.
If u use and early version like fw12, winswup version is old too, this one properly configured, can downgrade the phone. Then from 12 u can pass to almost ANY u want.
If this wasnīt tested by myself, I would believe u, but I done it and tested it.
If donīt believe, send me a SL65 with latest v43 and blocked, then by video-conference Iīll show u how itīs done, and that is possible to downgrade and patch the boot and do what ever u want... read fubu, unlock, write... etc... also tested. And if u want, I can give u the fubu of v16 and fubu of v43. :)

P.S. I have one CX65 original fw is v.25, for testing.
cx65160300.xbz_service.exe can't flash this phone - "software update denied by mobile". For succesfull software downgrade I need winswup lower version or ... ?

1st is from v16
and 2nd just read it from a v43.
1. Bootcor's are the same;
2. Lowest firmware version for this phone is v.16.

Of course are the same.... Itīs from same phone. :)
One I read after downgrade from v43, and other read after upgrade to v43 again.

you can change lowest possible firmware version with papuas. after calculating the phone keys (or making testpoint):
select 5th tab. check 7th option from top to bottom. (it's the option exactly on the left of the number 1).
click the only button on the screen, wait a couple of seconds and voila! now you can apply ANY firmware version, winswup or updatetool.
