To view a java applet based web page on your pocket pc you have to install netfront (with java support) or simply install Java Virtual Machine (JVM) on your PocketPC, JVM will also help you to run most of Java MIDP Applications.

Hereunder i am going to provide you the links for Java Virtual Machines (JVM).


After Extraction, Copy *.Cab file on your PPC and execute it using File Explorer. The batter way is copy *.Cab file on your MMC and place it into your PPC and execute it from your MMC using File Explorer.

NOTE: For Casio BE300 & HPC, after installation you have to execute ewe.exe to register JVM on your device's registry.

Applets can not be used in a Pocket PC, though we are working a product which can. Unfortunately I can at the moment not tell when it will be ready.

Found a few bulky softwares such as Spb Pocket Plus and etc... but I don't really need it because it's eating a lot of memories.

I tried using MS Money and it's pocket version, but it's CONSTANT syncing is driving me crazy.
Plus I'm more used to Quicken and find it a little less....MSNed if ya know what I mean.

HandySwitcher is a task management program that makes it easy for you to manage the running programs on your PocketPC .
You can switch between running programs, close unwanted ones to free some memory or even close all of them. manage the running tasks on your PocketPC with a simple tap..
This full featured program has a very low memory usage 75 KB.

In every Pocket PC, tapping on the close (X) button on the top right corner always minimizes the current application, while in many cases your really want to close that application. With HandySwitcher, the close (X) button can close your application. A simple tap on the button can either close or minimize the current application, you decide. Through HandySwitcher's options, you can configure what "Tap" or "Tap and Hold" on the close (X) button will do.

To bring HandySwitcher up, just tap on its icon in the top of your screen, or even assign it to a hardware button and bring its menu up with a simple touch of a button.
There is no more unwanted programs running and taking valuable memory and processor power. HandySwitcher can close the unwanted ones.
There is no need to launch the application again to bring its window to the front. Use HandySwitcher to switch to any running program.

You can build an ignore list which will have the list of programs you always run and don't want them to appear in the HandySwitcher's menu. This means when you "close all", those in the ignore list will not be closed.

Click on the running application icon or naem to switch to it, click on the [X] beside it's name to close it.
Also great news for HandyMenu, and/or HandyLauncher owners: HandySwitcher detects them and integrates with them. It optionally adds their icons on the top of your screen. This will really make them accessible from within any application without the use of hardware buttons. HandySwitcher also uses their default or customized icons.

well i`m just new here and as far as know i downloaded all the software off this forum bud there`s one thing that doesn`t work i`ve installed worm on my qtek s100 bud it wont start installing wuz no problem but when i start worms the game doesn`t start the only thing what`s happend is that on the top off my screen on the left is the text light simulator what that means who knows but it really suck that i can`t play worms... anyone suggestions what the problem may be Thnx....

Go to download.com and look for fax machine category. And you'll see fax machine v4.18. This is a good sw coz all you need is a scanner, digicam, etc. to scan the docs and you can send them as a fax document very easily. The sw is only 30 day trial. So Im looking for a working crack or a key generator in order to have a full version of the sw. :(

if u think it's only software/firmware matter, i think it's impossible to do.
the possible things is change hardware band frequency which u can buy in ur own city market (if they provide).

In the meantime I managed to get the 5.00 version stable.
Apparently the BakoNL release of TomTom 5.0 was a bit buggy and required a supplemental patch.
Strange enough, I still have the problem when trying to upgrade to 5.10
After the upgrade, when I launch TomTom, my Qtek S100 shuts down, and I have to soft-reset the device. I did try different upgrades (Gracioso, BakoNL, offcial, ...) and all have the same behaviour.

it's simple. Copy the keygen in the same folder where you have installed the app. Tap on the keygen exe file and you can see a number that seem an error but ...remember that number for register the app! ;o) At the end you can delete the keygen exe file.

Ok here is the ultimate and only download that you need if you own a PDA. All of the apps here are for windows on the PDA.

Now let’s not run before we can walk, first we need some instructions. The parts are split into 29mb (or smaller) and you MUST download every part for it to work.

E.G the games are split into 9 files each of 29mb. Part 1 contains instructions and 1 part then parts 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 only contain more parts but the last part of every file contains obviously the last part and then the .bat file to make them back into 1 big file. The .bat file WILL NOT run without all parts extracted into 1 directory, this must be the same directory as the .bat file.

To edit/modify or examin a already compiled WinCE CAB file, you need WinCE CAB Manager (http://www.ocpsoftware.com/products.php?nm=cecabmgr) and you can extract some customization templetes from your extended rom of you device (requires ext_rom_unlock_&_unhid) which will help you to learn about making your own customization CAB files...

my pocket pc as a problem , the buton on/off is smashed and it doesnt work , so every time i want turn it on , i have to reset it, so it thakes a lot off time , so i need a software to use another buton , for the necessary task , to turn on/off the machine ... i would apreciate some advice ... thanks in advance !

i've been searching the net for the past 2 weeks.....but finally i've found the crack.

go to groups.yahoo.com and search "medical pocketPC"

u'll get loads of groups...and almost every one of them has the crack in the file list

its pretty simple...just copy the extract onto ur onboard memory and every skyscape product u install as trial will be automatically converted to the full version.

and i'd like to thank GSM coolhawk and HuBMOBILE for posting such cool softwares.....u dont know how happy i am....
