Currently I'm using Spb mobile shell 3.1, but when tried to install 3.5 it simply errors and says "Installation was unsuccessful". I tried hard reset and istalling the same, the error is occurring. I have around 65MB free RAM on my device. I have downloaded the SPB trial version (a .cab file) and ones, which are given above in this forum. Appreciate any help from you guys.

Spb Mobile Shell supports only Windows Mobile 5.0 or later Pocket PC devices. Devices without a touch screen (Windows Mobile for Smartphone) and older platforms such as Pocket PC 2003 are not supported. Spb Mobile Shell will not install on such devices.
Also during installation Spb Mobile Shell 3.0 requires some additional space in the main storage of the device, so installation can fail if there is not enough storage available. If it happens, try the following:


Free some space in the main storage (delete big files, clean file cache of Internet browsers)
Install from a storage card instead of desktop. To do so, copy the Spb Mobile Shell CAB file to a device storage card and launch it on the device using File Explorer.

Spb Mobile Shell supports only Windows Mobile 5.0 or later Pocket PC devices. Devices without a touch screen (Windows Mobile for Smartphone) and older platforms such as Pocket PC 2003 are not supported. Spb Mobile Shell will not install on such devices.
Also during installation Spb Mobile Shell 3.0 requires some additional space in the main storage of the device, so installation can fail if there is not enough storage available. If it happens, try the following:


Free some space in the main storage (delete big files, clean file cache of Internet browsers)
Install from a storage card instead of desktop. To do so, copy the Spb Mobile Shell CAB file to a device storage card and launch it on the device using File Explorer.

Undelete Mobile understands the internals of the file system used to store files on a storage card (the FAT file system), and uses this knowledge to locate the storage card space that was occupied by a deleted file and restore the file data.

For the reason that another file may have used some or all of this file system space, there is 100% guarantee that a deleted file can be recovered. But it usually is successful. Chances of successful recovery increase if the file system is not fragmented and if you act quickly after you have deleted the file. In fact, users of our product have often been amazed to find that it recovers files that were deleted months or even years ago.

What can be recovered?

Wizcode Undelete Mobile can recover deleted files from any storage card visible by the mobile device host OS when files were:

* Deleted without using recycle bin*.
* Removed by virus attack, malware, power failure or system crash.
* Removed when recycle bin has been emptied.

*Files deleted with a file shredder like the one featured in Virtual Explorer cannot be recovered.

Deleted files can be recovered with just a few clicks. To recover deleted files just select the storage card containing the deleted files, then choose the files you wish to recover.

Chances of recovery:

For the reason that the operating system reuses space from deleted files, a file can be recovered or undeleted right after it has gone, and for a fair while afterwards. But the chances of a perfect undelete decrease the longer you leave it because eventually some or all of that space will be reused.

Once a file is deleted cluster chain information is lost. Therefore it is highly recommended to keep your storage cards free of fragmentation to increase the chances of data recovery procedures.

If you have defragmented the storage card after the file has been deleted, then this action had severely lowered the chances of a successful recovery. Current files would have been moved into the free space left by deleted files in order to reduce fragmentation, making it much less likely that Undelete Mobile would be able to find anything useful.

It is strongly recommended that you validate the recovered files once you finish with the undelete procedure.

I am using a Xperia X1 for a while and I use from Vito Voice2go

But on my Xperia I can not use the Macro Setting as the tapping is not accurate, the difference is like an inch... so not usable :-( I quess it is not been made for the 800x480 screen resolution of my X1...

Is there any one here who uses the same program on his X1 and has the macroreader modified so it can be used. If there is a cab file for it, or a explanation how to change the macroreader, please share ;-)

Have you tried spb mobile shell? imo it's much better than any iphone theme ...... I have an HTC pure with spb on it and looks and works like a dream. For what its worth I got spb Shell from this site check it out.

now he would like to MOVE some apps to a SD card but without reinstalling them

i know from palm that there exist such applications which can MOVE installed applications to a SD card and lunch them from there or move them back to the palm

is somewhere out there a similar application for pocket PCs?
some kind of installed apps mover?
is it possible to move apps without reinstalling them to SD card or back?
maybe with a simple interface? :D

i found the SKTools on the ppcwarez site .... hell this tool is awesome magic
can move installed applications and a bunch of lot more :D

maybe your in the wrong thread? i mean you search for windows 7 PC but here is all about pocket PCs .. pocket PCs or short PPC are this little machines like a phone but not nessesarely a phone which you can take in one hand and command with a little pen also called a stylus

somehow i was trying to connect with my friends hp ipaq 2190b that has a windows installed to the internet over USB
i allready know there is a porblem with activeSync pass through and i think i will be able to handle it

but the problem is somewhere in the setings is a icon called MyISP
i remember that i saw it and also did open it once
but somehow its lost!
maybe i killed it somehow :(

how can i restore it now?
can some one give me a hint?

i did this LSPvalue thing in the registry and disable firewall also i did check connet to internet in active sync and on ppc i said somewhere this connections is connecting with internet

i dont use any wiFi thing or proxy or blue tooth

and i dont get google in ppc

you download app original and try old keymaker from 2.1
if you use keymaker you have to use the same Up or low case and notice that o and O and 0 is all different

on ppc WM this should work also with 2.3

(damn snooze asks for mathematical solutions... this alarm is evil :rolleyes: )
