e330 with locked keys

Hi,

Just got a E330 to unlock... bt I found that it`s problem is not sim-lock but the keypad... i is strange, I turned the phone on and tried to type *#06# just as a test but nohing happens... so I cannot type nothing as the keys seems useless... any idea?

for some samsung that problem can be from microphone for e330 if hardware seems to be ok try to replace microphone.

Just removed it and replaced... tks mate, now it is fixed ;-)

Hi tx for the info I actually did not disconnect the mic just wiggled it about a bit just touched the battery onto the connectors whilst the phone still in bits held it there well phone booted up keys worked maybe beginners look but thank you all the same.
