Guys... THE PROBLEM with ATOM is in the .EXE file - just replace with URAN's one

And what problem be solved by replacing ?

is it the ATOM that's faulty or the hex and files.....that one need to replace ATOM with URAN...There's this solution shared somewhere on this forum i'll try before replacing anything..unless someone has Tested and confirm that after replacing ATOM with URAN e313 came alive.
Otherwise lets try to decode IFS firmware with Kwull IFSDecoder , than rename 313_ACPU.TXT to ACPU.TXT, 313_CCPU.TXT to CCPU.txt, put all decoded files to IPLT folder.
Somebody on this forum said he's fix one E313 on this wey,SAYS my phone work now ok.
