I'm using the Motorola SYN0717A USB dongle which I believe uses a CSR chip.
I'm trying to create a dial-up connection between my laptop and my mobile phone (motorola either V80 or V500).
I can create a GPRS connection with the phone and it works fine.
However I would also like to create a standard dial-up connection which doesn't work - it gets to the point where it dials on the phone, then gives an engaged type tone then a modem connect error on the PC.
Originally used the Widcomm driver which came with Mobile Phone tools but this didn't seem to work when I created the GPRS connection.
Now using the standard BT driver which comes with SP2 on XP.
Any suggestions on how to get the standard dial up to work ? :confused:
