Hi,
Could someone help me understand how a SIM card is put into service. i.e. How does a GSM operator create SIM cards for themselves?
Where do they get the A3/A8 algorithm from, what would be the role of Schlumberger/Orga etc., other than giving them the blank cards.
As an operator, what should you look out for.
