nec crazzy prog green dongle

hi guys
i have bought green dongle and my problem is :
drivers are installed (for nec e616v22)
prog only shows ports 1,2,3,4
i tried all plug cable with opened prog with closed prog,with bat without it etc,but prog shows always only this 4 ports
any suggestion ?

GREEN DONGLE is not Crazzy dongle - if your seller sold you this one as a Crazzy dongle contact him for refund since you don't have Crazzy dongle.
