Hi to all !
I'm reading some programming specifications for PIC OTP MCU's from Microchip site. See: <a href="http://www.microchip.com/1000/suppdoc/specs/" target="_blank">http://www.microchip.com/1000/suppdoc/specs/</a> and PIC16C6XX/7XX/9XX section. If I understand rather, programming tools for this PIC's family is very similar. So, you can use simple JDM programmer and some software for 16ce625 PIC programming as select some near PIC's (16C622, 16C64, 16C72), because address map is same, configuration word is same and etc. Correct me if I'm wrong. I don't have blank PIC now, but programmed 16CE625 reading with JDM programmer and ic-prog soft is working fine.
