n620 weird prob after unlock :/

i unlocked tons of this , got one with weird prob ...
after unlock , put sim of orange , phone working np ...
put sim of other provider .... phone goes blinking light and giving me contact service provider ...
i have changed imei few times , no go ... still same prob ...
any ideas ?
