signall is full, Tx radiation normal,
but "Unable to connect at this time, Try latter!"
what to do?

you would make a dial lock remove ..... i think ..... or repair with uni-server

hey ovidel I have same problem with one e228 it has dial lock.how to remove this thing from phone,any code?

I tried that to turn out and turn again,also tried with another sim it is not the sim problem.the man that brought me has locked and blocked the phone by himself.Now I am trying to resolve the problem.I will contact hack3r2k after he finish his update.I was wondering if there are some codes for this,I know that it can be done with server furious.
