View Full Version : Crazzy Direct unlocker give Rx_error
I end up with Rx_error for the direct unlocker. The code reader works perfectly fine. What is the problem? It detects Obex transfer and I use that com-port.
I use powered USB hub but if there was any problem emulating com-ports I would have seen that problem for the reader as well. I have blue dongle and the phone in question is E616. Need help a.s.a.p.

Try to do with new update which MULTI CoM maked for this problems
Go to support Area to MULTI COM to download the last update

My support area is not activated due to the fact I ordered the product without being logged in. They haven't fixed the issue even that I told them several times. Can somebody help me with this problem? I tried to call them but they are busy doing something else.
Need solution right away

MG77: hm.. please note that accounts are assigned aumtatically - it;s works like that: when you make an order (even when not looged) system writes your e-mail in our base, in next purchase for example if you create account and enter the same e-mail system at next DB referesh will connect automatically resources from yoru first order if e-mail will match so if you don't see on Support Area you for sure make order from 1 e-mail and then create profile using diffrent e-mail, anyway I don't see problems why it cannot be done so if you bought from us (as it's seems that you do) then just give me your e-mail (e-mail that you got in your account profile) and I will do this right away... send me PM
Finally my account was activated! You already had all the details but the person taking care of this matter didn't do it until yesterday.

@mg77: we don't make anythign with any account till yesterday, as I said it's done aumticallically: so if you got any answer from other person that accoutn was activated or orders are assigned there are only two explanations:
a) you don't buy directly from us and your resseler don;'t activate it
b) you have used previously not the same e-mail as when order Crazzy
as I explain - it's maked automatically by system and in each refersh SQL it's assing resources, this system works from 3 years already so trust me ;))

Just uninstall all nec drivers, restart comp and install another drivers.
Tested. 100%

i have the cavo serial and prog crassy5 but in my phone not hapenst nothing.
