problem with nec unlocker upgrade

hi,i bought nec unlocker dongle from gsm-support which is poland company,now i want upgrade to unlock nec 338 and direct unlock ,but they ask for about 100us to upgrade ,does anybody know where i can get free upgrade,thank you in advance

how long ago u bought it and what colour dongle u have
as far as i know if it is a crazzy dongle then 338 update was free and now the imei repair etc....

I never said i have grazzy dongle man,they(gsm-support)didn't call it 'crazzy dongle',but they do sell the nec unlock dongle,right?
