I want to work in MS Word and Excel files using Nokia 9300. Is there any software which can help me.

u dont need any software 2 help u for workng on word / excel. its too simple like any of ur PC word /excel. Just open the word/excel file n proceed;u may click MENU, where all essential keys r available 2 move on with regular functions.
