6230 Video play back problem

What is the best way to compress video for play back on phone?
I’ve tried using Xilisoft 3GP Video Converter and Nokia Multimedia Converter but the problem is with long video the audio goes out of sink with the rest of the video,
I’ve tried various settings what are the best? is there a better program?
Or am i wasting my time :confused:

SmartMovie is not compatible with n6230.SmartMovie is specially designed for symbian phones only and n6230 is not a symbian platform phone...
