I have a Nec 616 that power off when i make a call
i tried repairing with Spears and the same.
Is it HW problem or anything else?
Who had this problem before?

it's a battery problem! try with different batteries ! :)

He's battery working ok on other phone
And the same with other battery

perhaps the phone with some problem? can happen...
