my 6260 realplayer problem

-hi, i have a prob with my 6260, when i play .3gp files using the real player, the sound volume seems to be very loud even though i set the volume to the very low (1 bar only) how can i fix this? or is there any software for me to put in?

-how can i reformat my phone?
