hi
i just recieved my dongle....where should i start first...when i plugin drivers it ask for drivers....where can i find the drivers of this dongle???

Dongle drivers together with all other things are at support area. Contact your reseller and he will give you access there. Also, possibly your dongle needs to be activated.
Use win xp ;)

Guys why you do not read the FAQ? Login, password and activation strings you can get from your resellers. If reseller do not answer to you or u have some another problem with him, please contact me directly and we will sort all problems out.

This dongle is working only on winxp sp2....not working on win98 and update program gives also error in win98..............it is only working on xp only.....can we use it on win98 or not???

Yes u can use it on win98. Manual how to install drivers under Win98 is on internal forum.

24 hrs has gone...........and still im waiting for my dongle activation and user access..............Guyz where r u .......its your new product and ..........is this your support????????

Who is your reseller? Please report all reseller problems to support@gsmthunderstorm.com immediately.
