Hi i am new here.. this forum is the best i have seen... i am from Colombia.. i need your help.. i have a 1100b.. but i changed de UEM and i want to write a new imei number....
When can i get a *.rpl file to write with the new UEM that i have changed?

Can i write the rpl file in ten nokia 1100b or just i the same phone whichi i sent the ask file?

Of course you can use it when you have the tornadoflasher :D

Let me make it clear to you. Ask file has specific codes generated which contains your imei in encrypted form. A specific phone has a specific ask file. So when you'll send this ask file to any service provider, they will decrypt it and send you another file with extention .rpl. Once you have that you can update it to only and only that phone from which you read the ask. And then you'll have a working phone. Still i think an UEM replacement is far better option than waiting for rpl files from the servers.
Hope next year guys from china may release some official converter. Till then you need to be waititng for rpl files.
Another tip, if your phone switchies off by itself dont think you can fix it by any software means. You will have to rpelace the UEM IC for sure.
