contact provider?????????
ce disperi asa?
wait about 30 mins and then insert subsidy code or..
insert original card and CP will dissapear or..
unlock it with any tool or ..
search info in forum or..

contact provider - just use search button above
I think u didn't solve his problem with such hard advice
but is a good try
