D410 Display

hie friends, i got 2 phones,(1)bought 2 good L.C.Ds for the one which is not displaying but the results are bad cause neither of the l.c.ds could display.
(2)the other one is ok but u cannot have ring signals when there is an incoming call(flip closed), if flip is open it can work perfectly fine.

help me.

The flat cable is the problem in both cases...Change them with good ones... :)
