Use MOBTIME CELLPHONE MANAGER to download music to your V200 but first you need driver for your V200 Mobile download the attach file and remove .txt extension and now you can install the drivers for your mobile

i think signal ic is the problem so if u can change it do it if its not the problem then try to flash it again with a latest version of flash
