nokia 7610 flashing problem

Hi everyone.I had a freezing 7610.I have flashed nokia 7610 with a lower version and got contact the retailer afterwards I had done everything (flashed with a higher version,wrote pm ui defaults) but it says that phone had failed to start up.contact the retailer.please help.
