Error 4019, t630 dead!

Can anybody helps me?!? I've a t630 dead!
I flashed with r7 software version and all go well, but when I trie to flash gdfs divlpt5 gave me error 4019. So i used setool for write gdfs but after I had a t630 dead! How I can do?!? Please Help me!!!!!!!!!!

re- flash again with div 8.0 untill it goes
i had it yesterday also but you need a full
battery
i flashed my phone about 6 times befor it went

I tried yet to reflash it, but it give me again error 4019! I can only flash avr and amr!!!!!!!!!!!!
