blutonium bcm2035 bluetooth 2.4ghz no work with sp2 :( help

ok well for the last littlewhile i have been experiencing a lot of problems with my bluetooth device and windows xp sp2
i bought this laptop 8104 acer which came with integrated bluetooth

i can send files to any of my phones.. sony ericson z600, t616 and motorola v551,, but i can not send files from my phone to the computer

I know the bluetooth works just fine i tried the bluesoile and it worked but limited to 5mb..
so i want something that just works with no limits
not sure what i can do :confused: :confused:
