As indicated by the subject, I have a 'locked' blackberry. I have tmobile (which is the network that its locked to) but the phone itself has a security profile that prevents it from making or receiving calls.
My questions are as follows: Can this phone be reset to have no security profile? And if it can, what are the steps?
I've contacted Bongowireless, and they haven't gotten back to me in a week. I also contacted the person who sold it to me, and they don't know the code to reset it.
Any info would be appreciated.
