is there any program that can format locked mmc??

i'm speaking only for PC software that can format or can unlock locked mmc card's.(i know about mmcpwd,mmcstore,9210i,palm's etc).

i hear about some sort of mmc reader can solve that problem
mut is not in the markets untill now
i hear that it cost 30 u.s.d and it will be in the market in the first of septamber in the market and i have some tool fot the corrupted mmc and i wanna u to try it if u can solve the problem at this programm
