alcatel gsmmasters = same problem

i try to unlock version KT17bh00 : the soft gives error
i contact gsmmasters and make update to version 15.3 the same thing

Your hard lock is probably malfunctioned cause no other customer complains to that problem.
Please send us your hard lock and we will send you new one with no extra payment.
Before you send us HL please try it on some other computer to be shore that you do not have problems with your comp.

the problem is not in hardlock because others version of th4 works 1000000000000000000% but this your problem ;;;and u want to say that 's your problem and u don't want to support your customer !!!!!!

i have test my dongle in three computer and it works perfect only when i try to unlock the version 17bh00 because that version is not supported ..ok !
