Really, we can't help you until we will get at least little bit information about your problem.
1. Describe exactly, what is wrong ?
2. Please, include information from Log window (don't need to make screenshot, just copy/paste text from log window here)

After we will get this information we can tell you what to do and how to solve your problem.

Hello !

It looks like you have downloaded update EXE file and put it not to correct folder.

Please, put EXE file into the folder where first installation of Infinity-Box located (folder with name X:\Program Files\InfinityBox\Pana) and run this EXE file from this folder.

Also, pls note, that all future updates (EXE files) have to be located in folder with old installed files. It is very important !

1. Read User-Manual about GD55
2. Flash phone and it will be unlocked

Re: G5x,G70
1. Close any Infinity software
2. Unpack attached archive and put files from this archive into folder with EXE file
3. Try again and post results
4. If you still have problems: please, include information from Log window (don't need to make screenshot, just copy/paste text from log window here).
