Here is PDAbs for palm os with keygen. Install and run keygen. then try to register with any letter/number and you will see your reg code. you do not need to write it down because it will register the app for you. Now install the orignal prc over the keygen and your good to go.

Try usind OpenDNS's dns server. It works for me and lots of Windows Mobile guy sware to it. Its not a app its a DNS configurations.

I don't know if its your case but there is a known bug on card mounting. I have this prob with a new 4gb card I bought which is much faster than my last 4gb card but I this bug. In my case its mostly on boot. I had to take out and insert again card so PALM would have it mounted.

Install CardKeeper (freeware: http://mytreo.net/downloads/cardkeeper,75.html), it ******* your card mount and if it detects that it losed it, it tries to mount again. l also suggest BlkCardApp (also freeware: http://handheld.softpedia.com/get/System-Utilities/Enhancements/BlockCardApp-60576.shtml), this app helps the screen not change to card screen when cardkeeper auto mounts. Good Combo. Give it a try, its safe.

I explained this in my original post... trying to save people the time of re-explaining in a reply. We've officially gone in a complete circle, and we're back where we started, just 6 posts later in the thread.

Someone please just upload those 3 files. I promise, it IS the ONLY alternative to a NON-TRAINABLE voice dialer on a CDMA Centro without having to pay Nuance $72 a year. Just scroll back 6 posts to #9259, and all of the details are there.

If you are using treo 680, it should be formatted well using treo 680 itself. I have tried this, it works well.

I checked the software out and it is amazing! I've been looking for something like this for awhile! I have been using PalmBFL (Palm Body -for-Life Companion) software that was also offered here... I believe by KingTyce also... but I like the fact that PDAbs offers a desktop version called PDAbs for Windows which allows you to synchronize your data with your computer using the hotsync and conduit combination!

I attempted to use the unlock code/registration number generated by the keygen that was supplied with the Palm version but it only unlocks the PDA software for the palm O.S... not the Windows version.

KingTyce, RougueSaber, r_Castro, MikeJones13, Blizzy, Lifedriven.... or anyone else that is willing to offer their expertise/assistance/help... if you locate or can provide a keygen for the desktop version of PDAbs I'd really appreciate it!

Most ringtone softwares are capable of this. Ringo, I think is the easiest to use. very straight forward. This is the newest version of ringo for the latest palm devices. you can download the trial version from this link.

well in that case. i just did not like mring in my opinion. but there is an easier way to get this regged. I posted it a few posts back. i think it was post #7708. the instructions is for mocean but you can use it for mring. just download the files from the link and follow the instructions. hope this helps.

Hello all, I have a Palm Centro problem. I recently hotsync'd and added card exporter from here or another top palm site and it worked great. However, the next time I tried to hotsync and ever since, my centro has been cycling through resets never even reaching the 'phone on' status or ready for use point to actually use hotsync. I have to unplug the connection to the phone in order for the phone to calm down, lol. Any advice? I have removed card exporter and perhaps I'll toss a few other recent apps/games that were added during this time... also, i think i used lightspeed to quicken the hotsync app and others.

If you removed the app with the normal remove from palm than reinstall does apps and install Uninstall Manager also and uninstall does buggy apps through Uninstall Manager. Does apps may be putting junk into your system.

Use card reader if you can't get card exporter. I think it does the same thing.

For Mp4 use core player or TCPMP with the acc pluging. I think Kinoma can also watch MP4 or maybe it has to use its converter. Don't remember anyway these apps can be found here, search threw this theard. For Radio you have PocketTunes and Kinoma.

My phone has had no problem whatsoever, however hers keeps restarting itself. I tried a soft reset, taking out the battery, and that didnt work, so I took out her memory card. I'm not sure if it has stopped the problem yet, but any idea what I could do to make it stop? OR The card only has music on it, should I troubleshoot by deleting one song at a time until the problem stops?

for real local FM radio you need hardware, and no palm I know has FM radio hardware, just nokia and some other ones that I don't remember. May be somewhere there is a SD card with some FM radio, like for the ipod. The old handspring visor was a good hardware because these palms could have anything made for them through these hardware addons. Shame no one does this anymore.

its free and it has a option to disable autorun apps on card. Maybe you got a virus like app and palm is trying to start it but its not for palm, but for windows and it makes palm go crazy lol

Just a fyi Kinoma can also do Regular YouTube video. You have to go the the actual Youtube site not m.youtube and copy the link. Then open kinoma and hit the menu button there you can paste the link in the URL section and you can watch it.....I've been doing it for a couple years now and Kinoma already has a search youtube, google and others in the media guide

I haven't played around with my GF's centro yet but hers didn't come with MobiTv on the phone you had to get it off the Sprint CD. Is that how you got it or did it come pre-installed.....

And I have another question. My girlfriend and I both have Palm Centro's. I recently added alot of software and she liked some of it so I put some on hers as well. My phone has had no problem whatsoever, however hers keeps restarting itself. I tried a soft reset, taking out the battery, and that didnt work, so I took out her memory card. I'm not sure if it has stopped the problem yet, but any idea what I could do to make it stop? OR The card only has music on it, should I troubleshoot by deleting one song at a time until the problem stops?

I think your friend had the beta version of solitaire on his centro. What you need to do is download the stable version(new) from the download link. Also the unipatcher does not work on the game. And i am not going to try to patch this since the keygen works for this. but the keygen is unstable. So if you need a reg code you will need to post your hotsync name so one of us can help you generate a code.

this is the combination of the best dictionaries in the world.

i use this and then i use britannica encyclopedia.

works amazing for me.

i have now shifted most of my functions to my macbook.

i now use my LD only for calendar, quick access of dictionary and encyclopedia and then i do sometimes use it to play BOD :D

i also use my LD to view and edit or even create (i usually create on my mac and then convert on my LD) office 2007 files.

i am completely against microsoft. so i refuse to download and use MS OFFICE 2008 for mac

I installed the vditm207b085hd.prc then ran the Voivedialit installer like you instructed. I then installed the voicelib smartpatch and put in an eight digit number. It provide me with the License #: L3R9-8W9L-URKUN. I deleted Voicedialit then reinstalled it and entered the license number generated by the voicelib smartpatch but when I tap the "Register License Key" button I get a message that reads: License Number is not valid!

Please help!
Install the patch and then register. Then it will give you the serial.
L3R9-8W5A-C8KQJ. If you don't get the same, delete and reinstall then install the patch again.

You may have a corrupted version of smspager then. it's always good to try from different sources when you are having a problem. anyway here is smspagerV2.3 and keygen and instructions. If you still have problems give me the serial number from the smspager app and i will generate code for you. good luck.

im sorry you assumed i hadnt bought any. i bought 5 min emergency, 5 min cardiology, emedic ,becrosswords, rapid acls, acls and pals , mOcean i had the chance to crack Mocean but i paid 30.00 for that . thanks for your suggestion and i understand what your trying to say . 1. the code for pocket tunes deluxe 4.0.6 (3AA79-7UW6S) does not work for me, and i get an "Invalid registration code entered" message. Does any one have a newer code that may work?

Depending on which one you downloaded the text file was probably full of download links.
A big file like MS Office install ISO has to be broken down into .rar chunks to be hosted by

I dont know of another software that does that. but luckily there is an update to pda reach. it supports the 755p and even the centro. you can also change the skins of the program to suite your device. Here it is with crack.

the mobile companion wss made years ago with PdaReach. Yes its great software, on windows mobile their charging 600 dollares for a plastic screen and keyboard to do the same, redfly.

But anyway I see the King ;) as found you the app. Check out keylinkM I think it also does something similar. If you try it out please tell me what you think and which is best, PdaReach or Keylink.

There's nothing in kt's rar file to install...You need to download a torrent client (like Azureus, utorrent, etc.) The .torrent file from kt is read by the torrent client you download and creates peer-peer connections to download the actual file. :)

I've attempted to load this software on my Sprint Palm Centro but have been unsuccessful so far!

I followed the instructions in the post and changed my hotsync name to: "Palm" using MultiUserHack and entered the registration code: 32PV-XJAL-T4VS-4JWP. Unfortunately it won't accept the code... I get the message "Your reg. code is invalid or doesn't match your Hotsync name"
I even loaded the software to my memory stick, ran it from there to install it then used MultiUserHack to change the hotsync name and still it won't work.

I tried the same procedure on my Sony Clie UX50 and it worked without any problems so I know that I'm performing the tasks correctly. I'm beginning to believe it has something to do with my device and the way it reads the "hotsynce name/information!

My hotsync name is: gmathews08.

Can someone please provide me with a Reg. Code that works with my hotsync name (gmathews08) so that I can utilize this awesome software?

I can't remember who helped me out on this one, but you have to INSTALL AND RUN MUH before you install audio gateway for it to take the code. but since you already installed audio gateway, you need to delete all the preferences left behind when trying to delete it. you can use fileZ or resco explorer. if you have any problems let me know

I spoke too soon. This version of VoiceDial installs on to the Centro and can even find a contact with voice recognition, but after that when it sends it to the phone app to dial the number on a CDMA phone it just goes to the phone and does nothing. It seems like that this version sends the phone number specificaly to the GSM dialer. All that needs to be done to fix this app for the CDMA Centro is to change that one line of code to send it to the CDMA dialer. This line of code is available on the previous versions off VoiceDial for CDMA phones. If somebody with just alittle bit of progaming knowladge would do us Sprint Centro users a favor and change that line so it dials properly we would all be very thankfull.

If you did a hard reset and you are still having the same touch problem, I suggest you get it repaired at your providers service area. Because it is most likely a hardware and not a software issue.

Let me explain what I had to do to get it to work on my device...

First I installed Audio Gateway to my SD Card then I went to MultiUserHack and selected "Preferences" under "Options". I changed the Default Hotsync_ID to "Palm". I also unchecked the box in front of "Exclude System Applications" then selected "Hotsync" and Audio Gateway Installer" from the menu and changed their hotsync names to "Palm" then unchecked the box in front of "Use original Hotsync-ID" for both.

Let me explain what I had to do to get it to work on my device...

If you did a hard reset and you are still having the same touch problem, I suggest you get it repaired at your providers service area. Because it is most likely a hardware and not a software issue.

I spoke too soon. This version of VoiceDial installs on to the Centro and can even find a contact with voice recognition, but after that when it sends it to the phone app to dial the number on a CDMA phone it just goes to the phone and does nothing. It seems like that this version sends the phone number specifically to the GSM dialer. All that needs to be done to fix this app for the CDMA Centro is to change that one line of code to send it to the CDMA dialer. This line of code is available on the previous versions off VoiceDial for CDMA phones. If somebody with just a little bit of programming knowledge would do us Sprint Centro users a favor and change that line so it dials properly we would all be very thankful.

OK now I have gotten it to work. Here is how I did it. First I went to the the Verizon store and pretended I was interested in buying a Treo 755p. I used "My Treo" to download the the VoiceDial installer, then I sent the installer to my Centro. I ran the installer and when it installed Voice Dial it worked including the dialing. Apparently this CDMA version has an extra part called VDialHelper that actually dials the number on the CDMA phone. The Voice Dial I got from the 755p is also one big file instead of two like in the GSM version. The GSM version being that it is also sold in Europe has the VoiceDial app separate from the voicedial_enUS DB. The 755 Voice Dial was running slow on my Centro and with little accuracy. So I then installed the GSM Centro Voice Dial on top of the VoiceDial for the 755p. When I ran Voice Dial it worked faster and was more accurate, and because I have the Voice Dial helper file it actually dialed on my Centro. I am posting the helper file here. Voice Dial files for the GSM Centro can be found in my previous post. You can also get the helper file from the Palm website via Voice Dial installer but you will have to use the newer VoiceDial.prc posted above. To bad I didn't realize before I went to the Verizon store.

How can I skip the stylus calibration when I do a hard reset ?
I do it trying to solve a touch screen problem and the issue persist , so now i´m stack i the stylus calibration screen and I cant go on ...:(

Try taking out the card, it normally changes screens. Than install powerdigi at http://www.palmpowerups.com/news.php

If the card doesn't work try press with your finger on the dia and on other parts of the screen than the dia again. My Tungstun T has this nice feature withthe digitizer going crazy.

If this doesn't work try a safe boot, reset with 5-nav pressed up and see if you can do any thing. There are apps to tell aplm not to start the calibration test and start other app.

Yeah, .daa is a 'Direct Active Archive' which is a form of iso. Use PowerISO to burn to disc. http://www.poweriso.com/ You can use teh unregged version if the file is under 300MB. If it's over 300MB you can download a full version by using the torrent below.

At this point , my TX work (empty because of the hard reset) and the stylus didnt work (i cant calibrate because of the dead zone of the touchscreen).
Then , using the 5-way navigation buttons , from the SD card I restore the point made before the hard reset with NVBACKUP (thanks to R_CASTRO ) and get my information and stylus calibration back , so even with the touchscreen problem I can use it to work.

Not possible, your Sprint Treo is a CDMA unit, GSM networks use sim cards ... CDMA doesn;t.

Nothing around this at all, that's why GSM phones are considered World Phones ... once you unlock them, you can use them all on different bands, "Quad-Band"

I have both installed and never had a prob. Maybe its the keylauncher because both use the favorite file. You may have a corrupted file. Try disabling keylauncher in butler and see if it gets better. If not try making a copy of the file "PhoneFavorite2DB" to your card and delete this file from main memory. Palm will make a new one with the default favorites and see if it works. If not just copy the file from card to main memory again to put it as it was.

Try SafeGuard to quantine butler or takephone and see if things get better.

I also have the same problem. Every time I set a Alarm in Butler and press OK it resets my Centro. Reset Doctor says chunk overlocked. How do you know it has something to do with TakePhone? Maybe you should leave a message on the Butler forum or send a email to Shimmon Shnitzer.

Powerdigi , as i know , is to make a fine-tune to get more accuracy with the stylus , using more points of calibration.
My problem is a dead zone in the touchscreen , so i cant make a calibration
in this area .

I was wondering how many of you were using Mundu prior to the upgrade.

I am ecstatic that now you can leave away messages on AIM.
But I am having a much bigger problem.
When I use my phone Mundu disconnects me.
I never had this problem before the upgrade. 5 minutes into a phone conversation, a pop and a vibrating sound, alerts me and says I've been kicked off mundu.
I have the prefrences to reconect me automaticlly, but it doesn't seem to do it.
does anyone have this same issue???

Another thing that bugs me is that I can leave a long away message on MSN and Yahoo... but once i pass the box on AIM it causes my phone to reset.
Dose this happen to anyone else???


And finally, Is there away to read other people's away messages???
I am only able to read what's in the box, but I can't seem to scroll past that.

problem --> palm digitizer only calibrates 320X320 devices. have you ever seen that when you calibrate, it shows the graffiti area and you cannot calibrate full screen? well that's the issue.


PowerDigi will fix it by allowing you to calibrate full screen.

i use powerdigi. ask someone called cmlx at pda4x to generate a code for you.

Hey Chew. They are members of this site that are having problems getting garmin to install on there device. Is there by any chance you can tell how you got it to install on your device. Maybe your way would be less complicated.
