Sync it to device. But don't forget to install a skin file (from www.zztechs.com) otherwise zLauncher won't startup. If u have the version from this thread, register with any serial. If u want u can update or install original.

If you have a Treo 700p, you should download the newest beta

It fixes two annoyances. If you pressed home before, it would kick you out of Zlauncher, and another fix is the signal indicator

Xiino. This is the newest one, and I don't think it will ever get updated again. So far it hasn't, and its quite old. None the less it still works.

Also too, Opera Mini Beta 3 is out as well. Soon there should be a new one. (It's a free program)

I use all 3 of these on my Treo. Xiino and Opera are faster, but Opera doesn't have a copy/paste function which is rediculous, but they are going to fix that.

Also try using Skweezer which will compress the page. It's a website you go to, then go to the web page you need from there. Try it, it's FREE.

For those who like simplicity, this program is great. It is free, so have at it.

What you do is create the webpage you want to create in the program, and it creates a shortcut so you don't have to load your browser, find the bookmark, and then load the webpage.

For instance I have Avvenu set as one. So I click the Avvenue icon (that blue globe) on my palm, and then it takes me directly to the login page and automatically opens the browser for me. This makes it quite a bit easier.

Oh, you need an answe from Answer.com mobile. I click that icon, and bam, loads the page and go for it. So much easier then opening your browser and finding the bookmark.

There are also some bookmarked in that link to the article. It has 100 links and about 15 subfolders.

Hope this helps some of you. I know it did me.

hmm, same thing... wheeliestunt posted this earlier as well, the CALLREC 4.0 i meant, but it does NOT work. its simply an install file, a prc one for the palm. it doesn't have the SERIAL NUMBER, or the KEYGEN. hence, not a full version.

so anyone, if you use the program called CALLREC and have its serial, can you please post it here. i haven't been able to find one anywhere.

It's a browser only compatible with clie palms. It has been tweaked to work in other devices (Before that you needed to have the MakeMeClie program), but it's no warranty that it will work in every device :(

Really anything, I have A Palm TX and I like to install alot of programs to see if I like them or will use them the only program i can't find and really want is ADMINPOINT ENT 1.5 and any remote software, wifi finders, anything that I could connect and manage my PC'S from my palm, oh yeah some games and browsers like the GBA Emu for palm

As a matter of fact, it had been overlooked (at least by me)....well, now kneel and thank the gods (don't forget the virgin and the volcano)....Well, I'm obviously kidding, but you should take a look to the keygen in the attachment ;)

Thanks for the keygen but I believe there is a problem with it. Once installed it will do its business and pop up with a correct serial and say it will have to reset. Once it reloads it will do the same thing. So my Treo reset about 10 times. I ended up writing down the serial it gave me and reinstalled the demo version. Once the demo version was reloaded I used the serial I wrote down and it took it. So it works fine now, but it definately didn't go smoothly. Just wanted to let you know. Thanks again.

The keygen is just exactly that. It's not a functional program and it's not advised to keep it in your device....that goes for every self keygen out there. Once you get your serial, you HAVE to uninstall it and install the unpatched original file (some programs have to be uninstalled, you can't just hotsync the original file). Now if you got in a reset loop, all you have to do is a warm reset (check your manual for more on this), then uninstall the app, restart and install the unpatched one. It's not a SelfKeygen problem, it's just the way this things have to be done. ;)

Yes, Opera mini works on the Treo 700p. I have that installed along with Xiino, and Blazer. NetFront won't work, so don't worry about it on the 700p, and if you can possibly get it too, expect bugs, so I suggest the others.

Universe 3 is in the works and should be neat when its done. Unfortunately the developer isn't taking any more testers at the moment, but i'm anxious to see this program.

Browsers seem to be one thing that needs alot of attention and work. I can't stand using 3 when I should only have to use 1.

Mozilla does one for the PPC, but not Palm. So for now we are stuck with the above. Hopefully Universe 3 when done will solve the problem of the browsers sucking, or maybe Palm will update Blazer. Sadly its in ROM, so unless you use a ROM hack tool, its stuck in the device even if you do find a solid one.

This is my BIGGEST complaint for the device besides the terrible bugs that should be fixed by next month. I'm guessing Palm will get an update out for the 700 seeing how lots of us over at other sites have complained about the problems that should have been addressed BEFORE it was released. Palm knows about this very well, and December usually is a time for updates.

But back to the browsers, Opera and Xiino will be faster than blazer as well as they won't hang like Blazer does. For me it does anyway, and sometimes I can wait 30 seconds before it loads, or closes.

Use the Skweezer website, go to a page you like, and if its really fast, copy the bookmark and type it in the program SharkLinks I listed so you can click that icon on your device and it loads right away.

This should make your browsing faster. Don't forget to up the Cache to like 5mb, and install FontSmoother or the like to make fonts a tad smaller, and you should be set.

I know its alot to do now, but for the time being, its what we have to do until our browsers get better.

And if people who are good at making programs can make a great browser, they will be a rich man, as this is in high demand. And I personally don't mind paying for a great browser. So far there isn't one worth paying for.

So if you can develop one, you can take it to the bank. My guess is the guy doing Universe 3 will be one of them.

btw... for the Opera Beta 3, point your web browser to beta.mini.opera.com and download it over the air. It works along side Opera 2, so i think you need that installed as well. I have both of them.

Could someone crack Power One Graph 4.2. I have 4.1 but i'd like to use the newest version.

Plus too I think lots of people would like this program. You can put templates in there too for lots of conversions. I use it all the time when i'm converting measurements for my nutrition company.

Actually the newest version is 1.08, and LOTS of new things since that version, so we should try and get 1.08.

Being a nutrition guru and starting my own company I have access to more than I need. I was going to use caffeine in my product but then went stimulant free, so now I have 300 grams of it setting around. Now i'll never use that much as that's enough for everyone in Rhode Island, but it should last 2yrs.

I think it would nice to have maybe a new topic in the forum for each file. Maybe that's not an option on here, but it would be create a new topic, then one could do a search function for "topic" then things would be much more organized.

Sometimes its easy to miss a post when there are so many. If we had a topic for each file we wanted, there wouldn't be 104 pages and growing under just this category.

That's why I like the way Treo Central has their forum. Not sure why we don't utilize that here, but just a thought to make things more organized as my guess is this section will grow so much that posting replies all the time will become quite time consuming for some.

If it was a new topic, we would only have to go to that topic for what we are looking for.

That's how it should be really. Should be Palm Appz and Games or software or what ever, then when you click that folder, you can post a new thread in that folder.

ok I installed zlauncher.cracked.prc
when i went to about/registration info, it had a message at the top with a 5 digit code.. I entered this code and it said registered.
Now to get the latest version I dowload it from them and overwrite zlauncher?

since I installed zlauncher.cracked.prc, Do I have to rename the real zlauncher file to match this? Or if I dont, will it make 2 zlaunchers?

I'm assuming your asking this for when your NOT in a wi-fi hot spot since you do have wi-fi.

You could do BT to a mobile phone, and pair the two, and run your browser on your TX.

That's what I like about the Treo. Even though we don't have wi-fi built in, we can access the net with EVDO, AND we can use the phone as a modem for DUN to access our stuff using a computer.

Now days, there are so many wi-fi spots, its hard to miss one. But if you do, then your disadvantage will be as such since it isn't a phone and only a PDA.

More than likely, Palm will come up with a deal for our Treo for wi-fi. They have card now but it won't work with the Treo without a crazy hack which I won't even touch.

It's a battery issue mainly. So when that gets all sorted out and device becomes stable, it will either be a card, or built in wi-fi.

Anyway, I suggest trying a BT phone to your TX, but make SURE you have an unlimited data plan on your phone if your going to do that.

Yes, Opera mini works on the Treo 700p. I have that installed along with Xiino, and Blazer. NetFront won't work, so don't worry about it on the 700p, and if you can possibly get it too, expect bugs, so I suggest the others.

Universe 3 is in the works and should be neat when its done. Unfortunately the developer isn't taking any more testers at the moment, but i'm anxious to see this program.

Browsers seem to be one thing that needs alot of attention and work. I can't stand using 3 when I should only have to use 1.

Mozilla does one for the PPC, but not Palm. So for now we are stuck with the above. Hopefully Universe 3 when done will solve the problem of the browsers sucking, or maybe Palm will update Blazer. Sadly its in ROM, so unless you use a ROM hack tool, its stuck in the device even if you do find a solid one.

This is my BIGGEST complaint for the device besides the terrible bugs that should be fixed by next month. I'm guessing Palm will get an update out for the 700 seeing how lots of us over at other sites have complained about the problems that should have been addressed BEFORE it was released. Palm knows about this very well, and December usually is a time for updates.

But back to the browsers, Opera and Xiino will be faster than blazer as well as they won't hang like Blazer does. For me it does anyway, and sometimes I can wait 30 seconds before it loads, or closes.

Use the Skweezer website, go to a page you like, and if its really fast, copy the bookmark and type it in the program SharkLinks I listed so you can click that icon on your device and it loads right away.

This should make your browsing faster. Don't forget to up the Cache to like 5mb, and install FontSmoother or the like to make fonts a tad smaller, and you should be set.

I know its alot to do now, but for the time being, its what we have to do until our browsers get better.

And if people who are good at making programs can make a great browser, they will be a rich man, as this is in high demand. And I personally don't mind paying for a great browser. So far there isn't one worth paying for.

So if you can develop one, you can take it to the bank. My guess is the guy doing Universe 3 will be one of them.

Funny enough all this softwares you are looking for were all posted in Previous posts....a little research won't hurt.
For instance icon Plus was posted, mobilewrite cracked and keygen was also posted and someone even gave up their modified sounds for palm.

The name you see the file has, has nothing to do with the name the app will have in your palm. You can change the name to xyz, for it will still be ZLauncher in your palm, and if you already had ZLauncher installed, it will overwrite it. So, the filename has nothing to do with the internal name (that's the one that palm matters)

It worked pretty well for me the first time I started it. Then it reset my treo (700p) when I was trying to exit. Since then it loads and shows the "connection settings" page, with no connections. I tried creating one, but I don't know what is supposed to be entered for an address....

UDMH stores its information in SavedPrefs. I would recommend RescoExplorer to delete them because of the good listing. Go into 'Control Panel' => 'Saved Preferences' and navigate to entrys by 'PalmOS' (creator ID: psys). There is one entry with a high number (~30000). Delete it. If there is an other one, delete it, too (this is the entry for the once-per-day-trial). Then you will have again 7-trial days.

i was thinking of connecting to my pc use my pc as a modem, just the same way as using a mobile phone as a modem... is it possible? the mobile operator here dun have GPRS services.. (imagine tat!) we have Wifi Here but not GPRS.. or anyform of mobile data services.. so i was thinking connecting using pc. just wanna try it out tat all :)

The only issues so far that i've seen were when you try to open certain websites, the browser just tries to connect and it goes through this redirecting, receiveing, redirecting, etc... cycle and it eventually reaches its redirect max limit and stops there. Dosnt happen with all sites but some of them. And some of them it just wont connect to the site.

Anyway, the browser is nice. I really like it. Cant wait for the final release! Just thought I'd share my experience with yall if anyone wanted to know how it worked with the 700p.

It doesn't yet support SSL, so that's why you're getting that "maximum redirect" message. Also it's quite slow because the GIF decoder is emulated 68k code; that's why the touchscreen is largely nonresponsive while the sites are loading. Once he's able to code a native GIF decoder, it will speed up the browser tremendously.

btw, is there any way to use it without the stylus? Like in blazer you can use up and down to select links and right and left to scroll up and down (or is it the other way around). I can't seem to select links or inputs without the stylus.

I've run into the redirect thing as well. It will be nice when that is fixed.

The other weird thing I've seen is that text input boxes let me enter multiple lines of text. I thought that was pretty funny.

Follow the keygen instructions and all is well. I just tried it on a treo 650, shows as registered when I select the Register menu option. Remember that there are some hardware-specific features in the license, so you have to run the keygen on the actual PDA that you want to register.

When registering, I used the same made-up 5-digit registration code as when I ran the keygen, not sure if they actually have to be the same or not.

Here's what I did:

- Installed MRing 3.3.3
- Installed LMReg.patched (note, it's older than the one it replaces)
- [I was testing on a PDA that had never been hotsynced, so in MUH, I assigned the same name to LMReg, mLicense, mRing. You shouldn't need to do this step if you already have a hotsync ID]
- Ran mLicense, entered 12345
- Don't connect to internet, reg. manually
- Wrote down 16 8-digit codes (ignore any garbage after the 1st 8 hexidecimal characters)
- Installed original LMReg.prc
- entered 12345
- Don't connect to internet, reg. manually
- Entered code #6 of the 16...it works!

well thats not really what I need it for. I have certain calls that I want to send directly to voicemail or silence. I've already assigned different rings for people. this is all I really want mring for. if there's any other app out there that can do the same thing i will give it a try. DTG came with my 650. Blew it away. Resource hog as far as I'm concerned. Tried QO and wasn't impressed. I'm using OS7 now - just the prc's. Can't be bothered with the whole PC GUI. For viewing/editing documents it's my choice, IMHO.

Step 1: Make sure the ASX file extension is associated with Kinoma 4EX or whatever media player you want to use for embeded media. You can use Resco Explorer for this or Zlauncher. If you don't have either and need a freeware program, try this:

There is no need for a serial. Use the patched version from this thread, register with anything you like. It will stay registered. Then install original. Thats it. Works with updates, too,

True. Sometimes its not big deal because companies don't get new things out for a month. I mean then its ok. But when you get new betas every 5 days or week, it gets time consuming. That's why i've requested to get e-mails from Hobby to let me know when something new is out instead of checking the site every 2 days.

VolumeCare used to be the worse program at that. Every other day a newer one was out. And for times, it was getting rediculous seeing a new one non-stop. I'd rather two weeks go by, then get one out and have fixed a few things instead of every other day unless we are talking serious problems.

Really, getdeblue is one of my favorite utilities. It makes life much easier when using a palm.


Now, back to google video/youtube. I followed the instructions, using getdeblue for the association and created the bookmark in blazer, and it works PERFECTLY. I went to youtube and selected a video at random and it loaded very quickly, and played it perfectly.

Actually, you have to have the server running on the machines you want to connect to ;). But it's really no different than anything else; the Remote Desktop service has to be running to remote into a computer via RDP. Besides, you can shut off the VNC tray icon and have it run as a service and get the same functionality.

I tried to use PalmVNC and could not connect to my pc,, I installed UltraVNC onto my pc and port forwarded the ports it needs and nothing.. It gives me an error saying that the client and server are not the same version protocol.. something like that.. I remember some numbers from the error though... 003.006 and 003.003.. If anyone recalls seeing this error and the way to fix it,, PLEASE let me know?

Or which program is the easiest to configure with a qwest modem/router and windows firewall enabled that still gives you full control over your desktop pc?

I tried to use PalmVNC and could not connect to my pc,, I installed UltraVNC onto my pc and port forwarded the ports it needs and nothing.. It gives me an error saying that the client and server are not the same version protocol.. something like that.. I remember some numbers from the error though... 003.006 and 003.003..
