I want to unlock & convert my T10s (00w25) to a T18s. What program and flash should I use?

Thanks but my T10s has been converted to a T18s without problems and the netmonitor is active too. Now I'm searching for a program (like SoftGSM or TDK Global Pulse) that works with my cable (made for myself with a MAX233). TDK Global Pulse don't detect my Ericsson and I don't have the Serial number for SoftGSM...
Could you help me? (I'm Spanish.... not Russian http://www.thoic.net/gsm/ubb/wink.gif)

Use ericsson works shop from sarsas or ne-tool to flash it just with to 18 files
